We understand that plans can sometimes change, and we always aim to handle cancellations with fairness and clarity for both our guests and our small hospitality business. A 20% advance payment is required at the time of booking accommodation to confirm your reservation. This advance payment is non-refundable. The remaining 80% balance payment is due 6 weeks before arrival. Once the final payment has been made (6 weeks prior to arrival), the reservation becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected changes, cancellations, or interruptions to your trip.
