Cancellation Policy

Accommodation bookings can be cancelled free of charge up until 12 noon on the day before arrival, unless otherwise stated. For whole-house bookings, free cancellation must be made 14 days before arrival, unless otherwise stated. Cancellations or changes made after this time will be charged the full value of the booking. Refunds after these deadlines will only be issued upon presentation of a medical certificate. In the event of cancellation, please contact the accommodation provider.
