Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the program start date. If the program is cancelled 7 days or less before the start date, 100% of the total booking value will be charged. Customers must arrive 20–30 minutes before the scheduled program start time. Failure to arrive at the required meeting time, or arrival after the program has started, is considered a no-show. In case of a no-show, the full booking amount (100%) will be charged.
