Cancellation Policy

Winter season, November–April: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival; 50% refund up to 14 days; no refund after that. Summer season, May–October: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival; 50% refund up to 7 days; no refund after that. Rescheduling may be possible if there is availability, but it's never promised or guaranteed.
