Villa Rantakallio is a spacious and comfortable lakeside villa for fishing groups of up to 14 guests. The private, peaceful shoreline and boats delivered directly to the private pier make it an easy ready-to-fish base.

The villa offers five bedrooms, comfortable shared spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, large lake-view terraces, sauna, outdoor hot tub, grills, smoker and a large fish-cleaning area by the shore. Pets are welcome.

## Zander, pike and perch

Lake Simpelejärvi covers approximately 90 km² and is known for zander, pike and perch. Underwater humps and deeper areas of 6–12 metres are productive for jigging and vertical fishing, while islands, bays, shallow water and reed beds offer excellent pike fishing. Zander commonly weigh 1.5–3 kg, with larger fish also caught regularly, and pike over one metre are possible. The main fishing season is generally from 15 May to 30 September.

## 14 fully equipped fishing boats

Your selected boats are delivered directly to the villa's private pier with a full tank, charged batteries and chargers.

Ten Standard boats cost €490 per week plus fuel and include 20 hp four-stroke engines, Lowrance Elite FS 9 units and Minn Kota PowerDrive GPS bow motors with Spot-Lock.

Four larger and more stable Premium boats cost €840 per week plus fuel and offer more room, storage and casting space for three anglers.

You pay only for the fuel actually used. Mika maintains the boats and provides fast local support when needed.
