Villa Red House is a traditional 105 m² lakeside cottage, renovated in 2010, for fishing groups seeking privacy and good value. It accommodates up to eight guests and offers three bedrooms, living room, spacious kitchen, veranda, two indoor toilets, shower, electric sauna, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Pets are welcome.

The private sandy beach slopes gently into the lake and is suitable for children. Guests also have a private pier, rowing boat and parking in the yard. The nearest neighbour is approximately 400 metres away and the supermarket is about 11 km away.

## Zander, pike and perch

Lake Simpelejärvi covers approximately 90 km² and is known for zander, pike and perch. Underwater humps and areas 6–12 metres deep are productive for vertical fishing and jigging, while islands, shallow bays and reed beds offer excellent pike fishing. Zander commonly weigh 1.5–3 kg, with larger fish also caught, and pike over one metre are possible.

## 14 fully equipped fishing boats

Your selected boats are delivered ready to use directly to Villa Red House's own private pier with a full tank, charged batteries and chargers.

Ten Standard boats cost €490 per week plus fuel. They include 20 hp four-stroke engines, Lowrance Elite FS 9 units and Minn Kota PowerDrive GPS bow motors with Spot-Lock and are ideal for two or three anglers.

Four larger and more stable Premium boats cost €840 per week plus fuel and offer more room, storage and casting space for three anglers.
