🎣 Fishing is the main attraction of Red House. The villa is located only about 60 meters from the shore, offering easy and quick access to the water. The waters in the area are known for their fishing, and you can catch pike, zander and perch, among others. Fishing is best done from a boat. A rowing boat is included in the rental. In addition, we rent 9 fishing boats with 20 hp engines, Lowrance Elite FS 9 echo sounder and Minnkota bow thruster for 70 euros/ day and 2 60/115 hp boats for 120 euros/ day. In addition, we charge according to gasoline usage. Choose the right boat/boats for your group and check with me for the reservation status. The reservation status of the boats is not online. We deliver the ordered boats to the pier of the cottage you have booked with full tanks and additional gasoline in canisters. The boats have charging devices for the Minnkota batteries at night, you can charge them for the next day.
From Haapalahti you can take the canal to the larger Simpelejärvi. Simpelejärvi is known for its abundant zander, pike and perch. Last summer, customers gave us pictures for marketing. The largest pike was 110 cm, the largest zander was 95 and 93 cm, and the perch was 45 cm.

🌟 Red House has become very popular among fishermen. The cottage is affordable because Finns like to go straight from the sauna to swim, and there is a village road between Red House and the beach.
