Villa Rock Saimaa is a charming early-20th-century cottage in the beautiful landscape of Punkaharju. It has been carefully renovated while retaining its original atmosphere and now offers modern comforts including hot water, a shower, an indoor toilet and electric heating.
The cottage stands in a very peaceful location on a high rock by Lake Saimaa. It has a living room, kitchen and one bedroom, with accommodation for up to four guests.
The property includes a private lakeside sauna, pier and rowing boat. Guests can enjoy swimming, boating, fishing and peaceful sauna evenings. A fully equipped fishing boat can also be delivered directly to the private pier.

Lake Saimaa is Finland’s largest lake system, with open water, sheltered bays and thousands of islands. The area is excellent for boating, nature experiences and fishing for pike, perch and, in selected areas, zander.

Fishing on site
Lake Saimaa offers excellent pike and perch fishing. Zander are also present but are less common. A fully equipped fishing boat with modern electronics can be delivered directly to the cottage’s private pier, ready for use.
