- Closure of fishing in the Ivalo river
Economic Development Centres decision on restricting fishing (1.9 - 15.12)
I. Fishing of all kinds, except for fishing with spotted hooks and lines, is prohibited in the Ivalo River and its tributaries from 1 September to 15 December. The closed area starts in the Ivalojokisuuu on a line from the three-legged boulder at the northern end of Konesniemi via the northern end of Kaijasaaren to the tip of Veskoniemi (Niemelä), from there to Oukonen peninsula. All Ivalojoki fjords downstream of Toloskoski are excluded from the protection. Exempted ponds start in a straight line from outside the shoreline. During the closure period, fishing is permitted from under the ice with spotted hooks and pots, but fish imported from other water bodies may not be used as bait. II. The Ivalo River is closed weekly on Mondays from 15 June to 30 August. During the weekly rest period, all fishing, except for catfishing, is prohibited in the Ivalo River Restricted Area. The aim of the weekly closure is to improve the protection of the upstream migration of trout into the Ivalo River. III. Outside the closure period, fishing in the Ivalo River is permitted with monofilament nets up to 2 m in height and single-strand nets up to 0,15 mm in thickness. The net shall not be used in the rapids or within 200 m of the mouth or mouth of the rapids. IV. Fishing of all kinds, with the exception of fishing with rod and lure, is prohibited in the Lower River, which drains into Lake Alajärvi. V. Fishing of all kinds is prohibited in the Myllykoski of the Lower River, which flows from Lake Alajärvi. VI. All fishing is prohibited in the Hammasjoki, Nuovakkajoki, Rullajoki, Karvajoki, Appisjoki down to the lower Appislompolo and Kyläjoki. Note! Chapter 3 § 12 of the Fisheries Decree 26.11.2015/1360. The Ivalo River is subject to a weekly fishing closure on Mondays from 15 June to 30 August. During the weekly closure, all fishing is prohibited in the Ivalo River closed area, except for catfishing.

Fishing of all kinds is prohibited, except for fishing with rod and lure, rod and reel, fly-fishing and spinning, in the Ivalojoki River, from 1 September to 1 September. from 1 September to 15 December in the area bounded by the outer limit: from the tip of Veskoniemi following the shoreline of Nanguniemi to Ämmänhiekal and from there along the outer edge of the shallow to the tip of Kuukasniemi, from there in a straight line to the kummel at the northern end of Kaskamosaari, from there to the sprouting vine in its immediate vicinity and from there directly to the tip of the headland at the centre of Long Maura, from there to the southern tip of Long Maura, from the southern tip of Long Maura to a straight line following the shoreline of Kota Maura to the northern end of Rauhastosaari. From Rauhastosaarenpohjapunkt level, a straight line west along the southern tip of Aittasaari to the shore of Mahlat's Taajomavaara, from there following the shoreline to the northern tip of Piltsiniemi, from there following the shoreline of Mahlattisaari to the kummel of Laattianiemi, from there a straight line from the east end across the mouth of Mahlattinuora to the J-taul of Patokotaniemi, from there, following the coastline across the mouth of Kivilahti to the western bay of Hämähäkkiniemi Kallikoski, from there in a straight line along the western end of Mutasaari to the three-legged stone at the tip of Konesniemi, from there in a straight line via the northern tip of Kaijasaari to the tip of Veskoniemi (Niemelä).
- Closure of the Juutuan River I
Economic Development Centres decision on restricting fishing (1.1 - 31.12)
I.All fishing is prohibited in the entire Juutuan River, the lower limit of which begins at the line from the head of Pappilanniemi Point to the head of Vuopajanniemi Point and ends at the upper limit at Jurmukoski Neck, with the following exceptions. II. Fishing with rod and lure is permitted from 1 June to 31 July in the Juutuanjoki in Alakoske between ( E-75) the road bridge - Alakoski neck. Fishing with rod and lure is also allowed from 1 August to 31 August from Thursday 12.00 to Sunday 12.00. The use of boats for fishing is prohibited. III. Fishing with rod and lure is allowed from 1 June to 31 August between Jäniskoski Niska - Jurmukoski. The use of a boat for fishing is allowed. IV. I: All fishing with rod and lure, except fishing with rod, reel, line and fly is prohibited from 1 August to 1 August. from 1 August to 30 September in the waters of Lake Inari within the area bounded by a line drawn from the mouth of the river Juutua through the tip of Pappilanniemi and the rocky tip of Vuopajaniemi, the outer limit of which is a straight line from the boundary of the private land at the centre of Tissikivivisaari to the north-eastern tip of the large northern island of Aviosaari, and from there a straight line westwards to the centre of Pielpaniemi to the tip of a small headland. From there, following the coastline from the level of the island of Pielpavuono Summer Fish Bay, a straight line across Pielpavuono, from there following the coastline to the centre of the western shore of Pahtaniemi, from there a straight line through the southern tip of Ulmosensaari to the southern tip of Ekorrensaari and from there to the eastern tip of Lammassaari from there to the tip of Vuopajaniemi. The western boundary is formed by a straight line from the western tip of Tissikivivisaari to the centre of Elinanniemi, from there following the coastline from the northern end of Partajängänniemi in a straight line to the northern end of Mutustelmaniemi, from there following the coastline in a straight line from Lyijyniemi via the tip of Hirvasniemi to the tip of Uruniemi and from there to the shore of the holiday village of Inari. II. During the closed season, fishing is permitted on the Juutuanvuono shore strips outside the above-mentioned closed waters, by those with a fishing permit, from the mid-point of the western shore of Pahtaniemi to the southern tip of Ulmosensaari, from there in a straight line to the southern tip of Ekorensaari and from there via the eastern tip of Lammassaari to the tip of Vuopajaniemi, on the southern shore of the Vuono, from Mutustelmaniemi via the tip of Lyijyniemi to the tip of Hirvasniemi and on to the tip of Uruniemi and from there to the shore of Lomakylä Inari. During the closed season, a monofilament net of a maximum height of 2 m and a maximum thickness of 0,15 mm may be used.

I. All fishing is prohibited in the Kirakka River from 1 June to 30 November. During the same period, fishing shall also be prohibited within 200 m of the mouth or mouth of the Kirakka River in Lake Hammasjärvi, the upper Jakulompoloi, Lake Kirakka, Lake Jaku, and the lower Jakulompoloi. Fishing is also prohibited during the above-mentioned period in Lake Rahajärvi, 400 m from the mouth of the Kirakka River. II. In Lake Rahajärvi, the prohibition of all fishing extends 200 m from the mouth of the fishway towards the lake.

Fishing of all kinds is prohibited, except for fishing with pole, rod and lure (bait, line, rod, reel, fly) in the Lutto River downstream of the Kulasjokisu and in the Kolmos, Suomu, Anteri, Jauru rivers, including the rapids and lake extensions. Hook-and-line fishing with spotted and striking hooks is permitted in the rapids and lake extensions. Netting and other fishing is permitted in the Upper and Lower Kiertämäjärvi. All fishing is prohibited all year round in the rapids and lake extensions including the Nuorakkavaarajo (NB: MUORRAVAARKAJOKI), Kulasjoki and Luttojoki in the rapids and lake extensions including the waters above the confluence of the Lutto and Kulasjoki rivers. Fishing for mushrooms authorised in Luttojärvi and Luttolompola from 1 January to 30 April. All fishing is prohibited in the Lutto, Kolmos, Suomu, Kiertämä, Torko, Anteri and Jauru rivers, including the lompoloi and jarvilae areas, from 1 May to 15 June and from 1 September to 30 November. The introduction of live or dead baitfish from other water bodies is prohibited. The use of baitfish for angling, spearfishing and lure fishing is prohibited. Minimum dimensions of fish. In the rivers Lutto, Kolmos, Suomu, Anteri, Jauru, Lompolot and lake extensions, the minimum size for all trout shall be 50 cm and the minimum size for grayling 35 cm. All undersized fish, both dead and alive, must be released back into the water.

A monofilament net of a maximum height of 2 m and a maximum thickness of 0,15 mm may be used for fishing. The net may not be used in the rapids or within 200 m of the mouth or mouth of the rapids , or the mouth of the Lemmen River in Lake Paadar. II. It is prohibited to fish with gillnets all year round in the River Lanko. III: During the closed season, fishing is permitted under ice with spotted hooks and spoons. Note !
