By plane – fast and convenient
Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (HEL) is the largest airport in Finland, offering numerous connections both domestically and internationally. However, smaller airports like Rovaniemi (RVN) or Kittilä (KTT) also bring you directly to the most beautiful fishing regions. For a fishing holiday, flying is especially convenient if you don’t want to waste any time. At almost all airports, you can rent a car and continue your journey flexibly.

By ferry – relaxed across the Baltic Sea
Several ferry connections take you directly to Finland. Especially from Germany, Sweden, Estonia, or Poland, there are regular sailings to Helsinki, Turku, Vaasa, or Hanko. A ferry journey not only offers a relaxed crossing but also the opportunity to bring your own car – perfect for a flexible fishing holiday with plenty of gear.

By car – maximum freedom
Driving to Finland with your own car? No problem! You can either drive through Sweden and Norway or take a ferry from Germany or the Baltic States. Once you're there, you'll have maximum flexibility to easily reach remote fishing spots.
