The campsite includes a 25 square meter hut with a fireplace and food preparation equipment, such as pots, soot pans, frying pans, cutlery and cups. It is also possible to stay overnight in the cottage. It is possible to sleep on mattresses spread on the benches or floors, there is room for 5 adults. Mattresses and sleeping bags are not included for rent.
The campsite also has an outdoor campfire site, as well as a large outdoor dining table, firewood shed and an outhouse. The rent also includes the use of a rowing boat and a canoe. The fishing license for Musta Mäntyjärve includes the whole party listed.
 In terms of fishing, the lake is in private use of the renters during the rental period. Each customer is responsible for the fishery management fees. There is no electricity at the site, drinkable water must be brought with you. 
 You can get there by car. There is room for several motorhomes. The terrain itself is excellent for camping or hammocking.
