For accommodation and dining services, we follow the booking terms and conditions of Fisherman Lodge. At the time of booking, we always confirm the availability of a fishing guide before final confirmation. This ensures that all planned experiences can be delivered as expected. We kindly note that nature conditions are an essential part of the experience. In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, such as a storm, it may not be possible to carry out the planned fishing trip. In such cases, we will always do our very best to rearrange the experience according to the guests’ wishes and available options. If rescheduling is not possible despite our efforts, we will naturally refund the portion of the experience that cannot be delivered. Our goal is always to provide a safe, flexible, and memorable experience in close connection with nature.
